Therapy for Anxiety, Burnout, and Life Transitions in Seattle

Welcome, I’m Erin (she/HER)

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating a major life transition, or seeking a deeper connection with yourself and others, therapy offers a path to understanding and growth. With warmth, insight, and evidence-based strategies, I’ll help you explore the patterns and themes in your life, illuminating areas where you may feel disconnected, frustrated or stuck.

In our sessions, you’ll learn to cultivate curiosity and compassion as you break free from old patterns, resolve conflicts within yourself or with others, and develop greater confidence and clarity. Together, we’ll map out a path forward that’s right for you.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and dynamic, integrating various therapies including Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and Attachment that honor the powerful connection between mind and body and go beyond what the ‘thinking mind’ alone can resolve.
